My Very First Blog Post :)

Hey Hey my little Beauty Munchkins!

So I was sitting here and thinking about my first post - what’s the right thing to start off with?!
And then I thought: why don’t just start with the one thing that all of my friends know me for..so here I am making my first blog post about: nail polish.

But see, that’s where the problem already starts. I’m currently not at home. I’m visiting my family and since I couldn’t bring all of my polishes (I just couldn’t, I would NOT have been able to carry a bag that heavy)  I’m stuck 4 ½ hours away from home with only 4 to choose from, instead of 115. (NO that’s not a typo!! :D As I already mentioned in the “about me” part – I’M OBSESSED!)

So here are the options I have:

Catrice – 32 The Dark Knight
It is a very dark purple with lighter purple shimmer in it. From far away it looks almost black, but when the sunlight hits it – 
pure purple shimmer shine heaven.

Essence Limited Edition “Sun kissed” – 04 Sunset Paradise
It looks brighter in the bottle than it does on the nail, but I actually like that! I love how it looks like a very true almost dark blue.

Catrice – 24 The GlamoureX Factor
It is a shimmery, glittery gold that kinda looks like rose gold sometimes, but it really isn’t.
A definite plus: although it’s a glitter polish, it is soo easy to take off.
(Sorry for the blue residue on my cuticles. I had “Sunset Paradise” on before and it’s a little bit hard to get off.)

Catrice Limited Edition “spectaculART” – C04 Soulful
A dark magenta red with a subtle gold shimmer in it. It is a shame that this color is only Limited Edition.

And the winner is: “The Dark Knight”
.. which is no surprise to me, since I am a big purple lover and it almost always wins :D
