Hey Hey my little Beauty Munchkins!
This week’s Manicure Monday started out as a complete disaster. I wanted to use my Essence Nail Art Paper Print Manicure and it was just hideous.
I tried paper print nail art before, with a normal news paper and alcohol and I loved it. I bought this paper strip from Essence with the hope that it will just work with alcohol as well. I was wrong – you need the transfer solution. Well, at least that’s what I thought. Because from not working at all with alcohol it turned to working the wrong way around by transferring the nail polish to the paper instead with the transfer solution.
What a whiny start to a new week :D
So after all this confusion, I just tried out some stuff and ended up with an all dot pattern. I don’t know why, but dots are kind of calming sometimes…don’t you think?
products used
Kiko Digital – 437
Kiko – 383
Essence – Black Is Black
As you can see I used 383 as a base with two coats for all of my nails, applied 437 as an accent nail on my ring finger, took my dotting tool to fulfill my dotty needs on every finger and added some glitter to the middle finger. It is as easy as that :)
I love love love the new Digital Limited Edition from Kiko. isn’t it just plain gorgeous? I bought a second one from the LE too, maybe you will see it sometime in another tutorial.
