♫ Music Friday - Holy Grail

Hey Hey my little Beauty Munchkins!

As I have promised you this Wednesday in my haul post there is one product I found on one of the cute stalls at the 5th Beauty Flea Market Vienna that I wanted to show you separately because it is just hands down gorgeous.

I’m talking about this beautiful glittery eye shadow palette.

It is the Event Entry Palette from Sephora.
It contains 8 gorgeous neutral shimmery colors – 4 warm-brown toned and 4 cold-grey toned.
On the Sephora website it said that it is best to apply the shadows wet and I can only second that.

So of course I had to try it out and I thought I’m gonna show you how versatile this palette is, by showing you two different looks. They suit perfectly to my current favorite song because it has two completely different sides too. I’m talking about Jay Z feat. Justin Timberlake – Holy Grail.
I just love this song and currently it is on constant replay :D

I numbered the different eye shadows, since I’m gonna show you two different looks and it makes it easier this way. In both looks I used Catrice – Better Than False Lashes and Covergirl – ClumpCrusher.

neutral look
I applied 1 all over the lid and 4 in the crease and on the outer half of the lower lash line and blended it out. Then I dap a little bit of 2 on the inner corner. The last step is to take 8 and use it as an eyeliner.

smoky look
I used 6 wet on the lower lash line and all over the lid and smoked it out with a little bit of 7 in the crease. On the inner half of the lower lash line I used 5 and again I used 8 as an eyeliner.

I love this song so much and think this palette is great for travelling. I wish it was a little bit more pigmented but I don’t mind using them wet.
Oh I wish we had a Sephora nearby – my wallet on the other hand is happy that we don’t :D

Do you have a Sephora close to you?!
What palette do you use for travelling?!
Let me know in the comments down below or it them to me on Instagram.

A new post will be up soon! Until then..
.. stay tuned and have a fantastic day (or night)

hugs
Trish :)
