TrishMakes - a Raspberry Sesame Microwave Brownie

Hey Hey my little Beauty Munchkins!

First of all: YES, I AM A HUGE FAIL. A huge fail at keeping to my schedule, because except for the first post, my Christmas Countdown, as you may have noticed, never really happened. I'm super sorry, but I had some things to take care of and was super busy. I hope you can just forget about that and enjoy the last couple days with me.

Today I want to show you something I just love during the cold months because it is quick and easy and suuuuuper yummy :D

First of all you need to know, that all the recipes I will share with you on this blog are my own. By this I mean, if I want to cook or bake something I search for a basic recipe on the internet and alter it until it tastes just how I like it.

That is exactly what I did with my homemade Raspberry Sesame Microwave Brownie.

You will need
4 heaped tablespoons of flour
4 heaped tablespoons of sugar
3 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 large egg
3 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of oil

optional
1 handful of frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon of sesame

tools
a big microwave safe mug
a fork
a spoon

Step 1
Put the flour, sugar and cocoa powder in the mug and stir with a fork until everything is blended.

Step 2
Add the egg, milk and oil and stir again until everything is an even mixture.

Step 3 – optional
Add the sesame and stir everything together. Add the handful of raspberries and carefully fold them in.
You can leave out the sesame or use any other fruit you like.

Step 4
Put the mug in the microwave on full power for about 3 minutes. (You can leave it in the microwave one minute longer if you don’t like the center to be liquid.) Aaand it is done :)

As you can see it is super easy to do this and so fast.

If you’re feeling fancy, you can turn it upside down on a plate and add some whipped cream and raspberries ;)

Let me know what your favorite easy deserts are in the comments down below or show them to me on Instagram.
If you liked this recipe make sure to hit the subscribe button on the right or follow me on Facebook because there will be two more recipes coming before Christmas.

A new post will be up soon! Until then..
.. stay tuned and have a fantastic day (or night)

hugs
Trish :)
